Dotty for you Happy Birthday Card #1
I made this card using AP(Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge) at 4 1/2 both the card ant the layer, then I used Close to My Heart 2" circle punch... I stamp the image using the Technique ROCK and Roll to give a stand out for the edges of the flower, I did stamp the sentiment inside Happy Birthday!!!
